We aim to reply to genuine messages within a few business days. To help us help you faster, please include as much detail as you can.
What to write about
- Bug reports. Tell us which game (CrownGrid, Sudoku, SunMoon, Trail, Klondike, Spider, FreeCell or Nutfall), what device and browser you used, and what happened versus what you expected. A screenshot is hugely helpful.
- Feedback & ideas. Too easy, too hard, a control that feels off, or a game you'd love us to build next — it all shapes what we make.
- Daily Challenge issues. If a daily board won't load or your streak looks wrong, let us know the date and game.
- Business & advertising. For partnership, advertising or press enquiries, email us with "Business" in the subject line.
- Privacy requests. Questions about data and cookies are covered in our Privacy Policy; email us if anything is unclear.

A quick note on support
All of our games run entirely in your browser with no account and no login, so there's no password to reset and nothing to recover server-side. Your progress, streaks and best times are saved locally in your browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, that local progress won't carry over — this is by design and keeps the games private and instant.
