Welcome to Funduk Games. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Funduk Games website and our browser games (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Using the Site

Funduk Games provides free, browser-based puzzle and arcade games — including CrownGrid, Sudoku, SunMoon, Trail, Klondike, Spider, FreeCell and Nutfall — that you can play without creating an account. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the games for your own non-commercial entertainment.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, resell or host our games or content as your own;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site or its security;
• use automated tools to scrape, mine or hammer the Site beyond normal play;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The games, code, text, graphics, layout and branding on the Site are owned by Funduk Games or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. The underlying puzzle mechanics (such as placing one crown per region, row and column, or filling a grid with 1–9) are general ideas that anyone may use; our specific implementation, content and presentation are ours. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the Site without permission.

4. Game progress and local storage

Your scores, streaks, best times and settings are stored only in your own browser using local storage. They are not held on our servers, and they may be lost if you clear your browser data, use a different browser, or switch devices. We are not responsible for lost local progress.

5. Advertising

The Site is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads and any links they contain are provided by third parties; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or websites. Your use of advertising and external links is at your own risk. See our Privacy Policy for how cookies and advertising work.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that puzzles will always generate or load correctly.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funduk Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
