What is this Snake?

The game every phone once shipped with, rebuilt the Funduk way: crisp grid, smooth movement, a squirrel-green snake and 🌰 hazelnuts for dinner. Every nut makes you one segment longer and a touch faster; walls and your own tail end the run. Simple to start, properly hard to master past thirty nuts.

The Daily maze seeds a wall layout from the date — every player faces the same field. Eat 15 nuts there to keep your daily streak. Classic mode is a clean open field for pure high-score chasing.

The rules

  1. Steer with arrow keys / WASD or swipes; you can't reverse into yourself.
  2. Each 🌰 nut adds a segment and a little speed.
  3. Hitting a wall, a maze block or your own tail ends the game.
  4. Space (or the button) pauses. The game auto-pauses if you switch tabs.

Quick tips

  • Hug the edges, own the middle. Sweeping along walls keeps your body organized and the center free for approaches.
  • Turn early. At high speed the queued turn is your friend — input the next two turns ahead of time.
  • Leave yourself an exit. Never enter a pocket your tail hasn't left yet — count the segments before committing.
  • In the maze, learn the dead ends. The daily walls don't move; route around the traps on your first slow lap.
